'I recently purchased a second-hand self-launch glider which needed to have a complete instrument panel re-fit.

Having previously had helpful advice and service from John Delafield, when he was operating LX Avionics Ltd, I asked for further advice on this occasion and was again given excellent no-hassle assistance from Mike Pettican and Nick Kelly who currently operate the business on a day-to-day basis (although John is still involved from time to time) and I am delighted with the outcome.

My previous glider was equipped with a LX 9070 and I really wanted to have the same but it was not possible to fit one in my newly acquired self-launch machine but the LX Avionics team advised that a LX 9050 could be installed with only minor modification to the panel itself.

Thus, I followed their advice and LX Avionics not only supplied the new avionics but master-minded its fitting into the new panel and proved to be a true one-stop-shop. They have not only delivered a very high-quality instrument refit to a very high standard but have done so at a highly competitive price.

I will certainly use them again.'
